We strive to leave our customers with the best possible experience using our website. That's why we reply to every support request in a time range from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
Using our Contact page and picking the product you've purchased or you're gonna buy, you will talk with the seller behind that product, so that we can assist you and clarify any doubt you may have.

Refunds Policy

It happens rarely but, if you’re unhappy about your purchase, don’t be afraid to tell us. We will work on a solution for you and eventually provide a full or partial refund, via PayPal or e-currencies.
If you paid via PayPal, don’t open a dispute before contacting us first. Dispute means that you don't want to discuss your problem as a mature person would do when doing business with another person.
Since we refuse to deal with people that don't act maturely, if a dispute is opened we will convert it to claim and your Rogue Market profile will be permanently banned.

Account Sharing

This isn't permitted, as it's a way to share products. If you're found sharing your account with other people you will get warned and banned.
While you're banned, you won't be able to access your purchased products. In the event in which you're permanently banned, you will lose all purchased products without possibility of refund.
